B.O.S.S. (Because Our Savior Sacrificed)

Everything we do is because of what Jesus has done for us. Because our Savior sacrificed, we seek to be:

– A place where all youth feel accepted and loved;
– A group committed to sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ;
– A proactive and organized community.

Sunday Mornings

Building Deeper Relationships Through Important Conversations

Join us on Sunday mornings (starting in September) for conversations on important topics, like anxiety, identity, social media, and dating.

We’ll be using a video based discussion guide that’s meant to help start deeper, on-going conversations between parents and teens. Throughout the school year, we’ll cover a variety of topics – like Anxiety, identity, social media, and dating. We’ll spend about 4-5 weeks on each topic.
For Parents and Students 6th grade and up!

Sunday Nights

7:15 – 8:45pm* – BOSS (9th-12th graders) In the Gathering Place at Rez
*On the 3rd Sunday of the month we’ll meet from 3 – 4:30 pm

Did you know that 1 in 9 people in the world don’t get enough to eat? Our 6th – 12th Grade Students will have the opportunity to participate in a 30 hour famine to help make a difference!

Jan. & Feb. – Fund raise (Every $40 raised helps feed & care for a child for a month.)

Fri. Feb 28th 6am – Begin the fast on your own*
5pm – Volunteer at Parents’ Night Out and Raise funds for World Vision

If anyone is unable to participate in a food fast, they can totally still come and participate in the Parents’ Night Out and lock-in! Talk to Kristen about alternative ways to participate.

Required for 8th Graders. Recommended for 6th and 7th graders. This is a work/ rest retreat where we will  spend a lot of time helping each individual youth write their faith story.
