Confirmation is when you confirm, publicly, the faith that God has already placed in you. It’s you saying “yes” to a Jesus who has so often said “yes” to you!
At this retreat, we will explore more of what it looks like to say “Yes!” to Jesus & how Jesus has said “yes” to us throughout our lives. We will spend a lot of time helping each individual youth write their faith story & thinking about what it looks like to follow Jesus, be changed by Jesus, & live on mission with Jesus in High School & beyond. We’ll also enjoy some food, fun games, &some good quality time together.
This retreat is mandatory for our 8th graders & highly recommended for 6th & 7th graders who will probably confirm their faith. Please reserve these dates & let Kristen know if they absolutely don’t work.
If you haven’t filled out the Annual Medical Release 2018 (or if you bring a new friend to an event) please have a parent fill out this form and either email it to Kristen at
Kristen.Kocsis@ctx.edu, or bring it with you the next time you come to a BOSS event. Thanks!
Stay in the Loop!
